We wish to thank the family and friends that assisted us with burying our esteemed and beloved Uncle Dominique Innocent on Friday, June 29th.  The occasion was more a celebration of a life, than mourning for the dead.  A short viewing was held at Guarino Funeral Home in Brooklyn, followed by a catholic service in both English and Creole at Our Lady of Miracles Church.  Mr. Innocent was buried at Evergreen Cemetery close to Noon next to his endeared wife Guercine. After the burial, family and friends gathered to reflect upon the joyous life of the kind and gentle Mr. Innocent.  He was laid to rest with the love of those who treasured him.
